My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is excellent for exploring Historic Riverside and the Mission Inn. The rooms, while recently renovated in Marriott's new style, felt a bit spare and sterile at first, and there was a mix-up with our room assignment. The service was top-notch, with incredibly nice and helpful staff members throughout my visit. The dining options were good, but the lack of continental breakfast was a drawback. The convenience of the location near the Riverside Convention Center made up for it.
The hotel had basic rooms that were spacious and very clean, but the one we booked wasn't available when we arrived. The service was extremely friendly from check-in to the manager on site. The location was great and easy to access, although it was a little sketchy in some areas. The dining experience was excellent with everything working well, but it was a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, offering a great value for money overall.
